If your blogger template is contained zip file first you download
Winzip software from web it's free. and after that extracted Your
blogger template zip file and follow below step for installation
process.
* First switch into Old blogger interface go to your blogger Dashboard.
* Now click in Design Tab as Below image.
* Now click To "EDIT HTML" as Below image
After above step now select your template from your computer and click open button
* Now click Upload button as below image.
* After That click in KEEP WIDGET as Below image OK.
* Now you are done for sidebar Element customizing go to Design tab and you can customize your Element.
after this u change into new interface.
OK....
